“I’m so glad I participated in the six week fitness challenge! The food plan was flexible enough that I could find healthy things to eat even when I was traveling. I like that the workouts gave me a chance to build up my strength, plus I got to vary the workouts and discovered Zumba!
The most motivating part for me was that once a week photo check-in because I really wanted that transformation to be visible in muscle tone. It really helps keep me on track. Thanks so much to Valerie for keeping me motivated!”
