“The past 6 weeks really made me get back on track and follow a really great diet and workout regiment. I was beyond pleased with my results, as I will be following the diet and continuing my workouts as I want to build more muscle. Having to check in every Monday with pics made me not only accountable but really enjoyed looking back at my progress throughout the 6 weeks with the pic. I highly encourage everyone to do the 6 week challenge as you’ll gain the motivation, confidence, and most importantly a better version of yourself. Lastly, there is no better coach than Coach Val as her expertise and professionalism made me know I was in good hands with her!
