This is a 6 week challenge to jumpstart your fitness journey.

The challenge is for a 6 Week period to be determined by Valerie.
During this duration of a time you will be required to do the following:

– Give up 1 thing that you know is bad for you for the entire 6 weeks (example : soda) –

– Check in with: weight and pictures 1x a week and any deviations or comments about your week (Due Friday mornings by 10am)! –
**Failure to check in disqualifies you from the contest!!**

– Establish a goal to try to burn a minimum of 500 calories a day through cardio and weight training –

– Motivate others to stay on track –

The cost to participate is $180

Grand Prize Winner will receive $300

Winners will be judged by a poll of fitness professionals for the biggest transformation in the

6 week period.

The judges will vote on who they think made the

biggest change based on day 1 photos and end of contest photos.

Remember it’s not about the number on the scale, it’s about the work you put in and who is committed and determined to change the most!
